Jason Eisenberg
Jason Eisenberg is Managing Partner of Banner Property Group. He has invested in commercial real estate for 20 years and has been involved in over $5 billion of real estate transactions. His experience spans across the U.S., with particularly deep experience in multiple Florida markets and the broader Southeast region.
Prior to forming Banner, Jason was with Apollo Global Management for nearly 12 years where he was a Partner in the Real Estate Private Equity Group and primarily responsible for the sourcing, structuring and execution of U.S. acquisitions. Prior to Apollo, Jason was with Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners where he participated in the acquisition and financing of numerous single property investments as well as several corporate and portfolio transactions on behalf of the firm’s real estate opportunity funds. Previously, he was in the Private Equity Group of J.P. Morgan Partners and began his career in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group at Merrill Lynch. Jason holds an M.B.A from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Duke University.
Albert Kim
Albert Kim is Managing Partner of Banner Property Group. He has invested and operated across property sectors for 20 years and has been involved in nearly $5 billion of real estate transactions. Albert has significant experience in both Florida and the broader Southeast region.
Prior to joining Banner, Albert was with Apollo Global Management for more than 12 years where he was a Managing Director in the Real Estate Private Equity Group and headed asset management for the U.S. Real Estate value-add and opportunity funds. At Apollo, Albert was primarily responsible for creating and monetizing value from its real estate investments by overseeing capital projects, leasing, financings and dispositions across property types and repositioning strategies. Prior to Apollo, Albert was with Citi Property Investors as a Vice President responsible for the sourcing, evaluation, execution, and management of opportunistic real estate investments for the North America Opportunity Fund. Albert began his career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company advising clients in Korea and the U.S. on a variety of strategic and operational issues. Albert holds an M.B.A from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Columbia University.
